RSI COMMUNITIES INVESTS $100 MILLION IN TEXAS HOMEBUILDING MARKET

RSI Communities, a California- and Texas-based residential developer, today announced it has invested more than $100 million in land acquisitions in San Antonio and Austin, Texas, expanding its Texas land portfolio to 4,200 lots. The company also plans to build 1,000 energy-efficient, value-packed homes on the newly acquired properties in 2017.By the end of 2017, RSI Communities will have 28 active selling communities in Texas, 13 in San Antonio and 15 in Austin. Nine of these communities will be open and selling in March, including Legends Way and Willow Creek in Austin, and Paloma and Stillwater Ranch in San Antonio.

RSI Communities Buys Beaumont Site

Newport Beach-based homebuilder RSI communities said it has bought a 228-acre site in Riverside County city of Beaumont, where it plans to build a 981- home development call Olivewood.
