As your Customer Care team we understand that taking this step to purchase a home is one of the most important decisions of your lifetime. Our team is here to assist you with any questions you might have. We will provide you with the guidance you need to maintain your home as this is the single best way to protect your investment and conserve the value and beauty of your new home and community.

You will find that our commitment towards to our homebuyers continues long after you move in. Should you have any immediate needs related to your home’s maintenance, all you have to do is submit a request online via the customer service page. On that page, click on “submit service request” and fill out the short form. Upon receipt, we will process your service request during business hours 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and then your customer care representative will contact you directly within 48 hours to schedule an inspection of your items.
